Your AI.
Your data.
Our servers.
helloflow processes your company's data on its own AI infrastructure. No document, email or question from your team ever goes to public AI models. It's the safest way a company can use artificial intelligence today.
The risk of public AI
Pasting data into a public chatbot is a leak you can't see.
Employees want to work faster, so they paste contracts, customer emails and reports into public AI tools. At that moment the data leaves the company.
Data leaves the company
The content ends up on the provider's servers. You don't know where it's stored, for how long, or who can access it.
You lose control
In many free versions, conversations can be used to improve the models. Data you've sent can't be taken back.
You answer to your customers
Customer and partner data must be protected under the GDPR. Handing it to a public AI service is a real legal and business risk.
How your data flows
From your team to our AI servers. And nowhere else.
The entire data path is closed. Your AI has no connection to public AI services.
Sign-in
Company account (SSO), company directory (LDAP) or a password with two-factor authentication.
Application and database
Yours only, in a separate private network. The database has no public address.
Traffic control
Recognises your instance, enforces limits and doesn't store content. Model keys never reach the application.
Our models
The language model, document search and file reading run on our servers.
Six layers of protection
Security designed from the server to the button.
Separate instance
Every company has its own application and database, in a separate private network. You share data with no other customer.
No content traces
The AI gateway stores only technical data, no questions or documents. Working copies of read files disappear minutes after processing.
Our own AI models
The language model, search and document reading run on servers managed by helloflow. Your data is not used to train models.
Access control
Company account (SSO) or company directory (LDAP), two-factor authentication, roles and permissions for every module.
Closed network
AI servers reachable only through an encrypted private network with access rules. Databases have no public internet address.
Constant monitoring
Monitoring every minute with alerts, backup checks, tests before every release and automatic rollback. Passwords and keys in a vault.
Where your AI runs
You choose the place.
Questions
What companies ask most.
Does my data go to ChatGPT or another public AI?
No. All AI models helloflow uses run on our servers. Your application has no connection to public AI services.
Do you train models on my data?
No. Your documents are only used to answer your team's questions. We don't use them to train or improve models.
Where is my data stored?
In your own instance: application and database on private servers, in a closed network, and the database isn't reachable from the internet. If you prefer, everything can run on your own server.
Who has access to my data?
The people you give access in the app: through roles, permissions and access lists for knowledge bases. Our administrators only for maintenance and support.
What happens to a document after upload?
It goes into your knowledge base, where the AI can use it. Working copies from reading the file disappear minutes after processing, and the AI gateway doesn't store content.
How do you make sure everything keeps running?
Monitoring checks the services every minute and alerts us when something stops working. We watch the backups, and every release is tested and rolled back automatically if something goes wrong.
